As you will have seen, we have been working hard to try and get financial support from Government for goat milk producers who have been impacted by COVID-19.  Through this process, it has become very clear that there is a lack of data and understanding about the Dairy Goat industry in the UK.  Therefore, we have but together a member survey to help build a better picture of the overall industry to ensure we are better placed to approach Government about any future issues.

 

You may also have seen that we are planning two new research projects to run alongside the Bristol Uni project; one on Milk quality and another on Breeding & Genetic Improvement.  You answers to our survey will also help to shape these research projects. 

 

It’s a quick survey, and I promise you wont need to go away and gather information to complete it! Best guess answers will be absolutely fine.  All responses will be kept confidential, only averages from the survey will ever be used.
